Step 3 (optional): Add a emboss to your cover. Emboss is placed on the front cover/right corner. Select from blind emboss (no foil) or gold foil or silver foil.
About Rowena 2.0 Leather: A soft 4/5 oz. leather, measuring 1.6 -2 mm thick. Rowena is a very soft, flexible supple leather and has a wax finish for protection.
About Embossing: We use the beautiful and classic font Times Roman. It is 1/4" tall or also known as 18 point. Use up to 15 characters. Our beautiful emboss machine was made in the U.S.A. and allows us additionally to produce a high quality gold or silver foil emboss. Select from blind emboss (no foil) or gold or silver foil.
About Binding and Notebook Fitting: Each cover size has 4 elastic strands and is designed to hold 4-6 inserts except for size No.6 which is designed to hold 1-3 and has 1 elastic.
Most of our products are made of full grain and top grain veg tan leather and premium aniline dyed leather. They contain natural range markings, scars, moles (beauty marks) and other natural markings that one can find on full grain and top grain leather. Each cover is as unique as you and me and that is what makes them beautiful! Textures will range from smooth to rippled. And color tone will vary. Proudly handcrafted in the U.S.A.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Once your order is submitted, production begins immediately.
Once an order is submitted, we are not able to make changes. Please be sure to double check your order before submitting it. If you have any questions about what to order/options/etc please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering.
Errors or Defects:
If an item in your order has an error or defect, please contact us at email@example.com right away. Due to the fragility of leather goods, we may not replace items with errors that are reported after 30 days. We reserve the right to make replacement decisions on a case by case basis.
These policies apply to items that you choose to return, not because of an error or defect.
Leather items that are NOT embossed and come from the In Stock or Notebook Set categories may returned. Paper inserts, pen loop closures, dashboard inserts and clear stamps may be returned. Foxy Couture, made to order and embossed items can not be returned.
Please contact us right away and ship the product back within 10 days of receiving the item.
Items returned must be unused, and if they arrive in plastic packaging they must remain in that packaging. Please ship back the item in a similar envelope or box as it was received in, and ship with tracking. This step ensures that your refund will be processed and that the item won't be damaged during the transit back to Foxy Fix. If you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with tracking, we will watch for it on our end as well!
We recommend including your order number and the reason for your return to expedite the crediting process.
Refund or Store Credit:
It may take up to 5 business days to process the return and issue a refund. We can either offer a refund or store credit - please specify which you prefer with your return.
Shipping costs are non refundable. However, if Foxy Fix did make a mistake, we are more than happy to pay shipping fees and to swiftly resolve the problem! Please send us an email at email@example.com

Foxy Fix ships USPS from Post Falls, Idaho.
We are not able to combine shipping on any orders.
The shipping method does not reflect the production time for the item ordered, and we do not currently offer an option for expedited production. Your item will be shipped via your selected shipping method once all items in the order are complete. If you need any help with shipping please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, preferably before you order.
We do ship internationally to most locations. The best way to find out shipping costs is to make an account, including your address, then fill your cart with what you want to order. Our software will calculate your exact shipping during the checkout process. You can still back out without submitting the order at that time if you choose.
Each listing states the production for that item as part of the Order Confirmation section - this is always the most up to date and accurate production estimate that we have, and is full business days.
All items in your order will ship together once the last item is created, so if you order in stock and couture items together, they will ship together on the couture timeframe.
Domestic U.S. orders can qualify for free shipping with orders of $250 or more or as stated in the free shipping bar at the top of the site.
We do not currently offer free shipping on international orders.
We reserve the right to refuse to emboss any word or phrase on our products, to include racial slurs. If you should select an inscription we will not emboss, you will be emailed by our production team to make a different choice.
