RETURNS

Return Time Frame: 

Notebook refills, pen loop closures, dashboard inserts and clear stamps may be returned. Please contact us right away and ship the product back within 10 days. We always recommend tracking the return. If you choose to include tracking in your return feel free to zip it over to us via contact@foxyfix.com so we can be on the look out for your package as well :) 

Foxy Couture, made to order and embossed items can not be returned. 

Return Packaging:

Items returned must be in unopened packaging.  Please ship back the item in a similar envelope or box as it was received in. This step ensures that your refund will be processed and that the item won't be damaged during the transit back to Foxy Fix.

Refund or Store Credit:

It may take up to 5 business days to process the return and issue a refund. We can either offer a refund or store credit. It is up to you. 

Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost are non refundable. However, if Foxy Fix did make a mistake, we are more then happy to pay shipping fees and to swiftly resolve the problem! Please send us a email at contact@foxyfix.com and we'll solve the problem!

Sale Items:

Mystery envelope sale items and clearance sale items are non returnable and none exchangeable.

Cancellations: 

 Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Once your order is submitted, production begins immediately. Thank you for understanding.
