What is a Mystery sale item?

Mystery sales are how we are able to sell some of our less than perfect items that have small manufacturer defects, discontinued models and designs or made with leather that would not pass our standard quality for a full price item. Each item is marked down a minimum of 50% off for this reason. 

Can I use rewards codes?

Yes you sure can! This is a great way to save even more on these already discounted items. 

Can I cancel my order? 

We are not able to accommodate cancellations. 

Can I exchange my order? 

We are not able to accommodate exchanges.

Can I get a refund?

We are not able to offer refunds on mystery sale items.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping? 

We are not able to combine orders as each order is processed individually. 

Do Mystery sale items have debossing? 

These items may include debossing. However, we will exclude names and initials from this sale. 

How long will it take to ship my mystery sale order? 

We ship Mystery Sale orders within 1 - 3 business days.
