Custom Order Policies

  • Custom orders will ship within an estimated 30 business days. This turn around time will not include weekends or holidays.
  • Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed. We get started working on the order as soon as possible. 
  • We are not able to exchange or accept returns on any custom made or used items. 
  • If you receive an item that seems to have a manufacturer defect please reach out as soon as possible and refrain from using the item. We will need a photo of the area of concern and we will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
